Irish trad brings craic to West Lake

Published

This Saturday, Pints, Reels, Jigs & Songs with Lump of Ceoil lands at The Snug, with reels and jigs doing what they’ve always done best, keeping it trad, filling small rooms and having people in place stay just a touch longer than intended.

The Snug has been at this a while. Niamh Glynn takes the flute, Joel Lane sits at the keys, Aaron Kelly covers the strings, as Lump of Ceoil get on with it. If you’ve been drifting toward year-end autopilot, this is a top-tier place to park yourself for the evening and get a wee bit lively.

Guinness is pouring, Jameson is there if needed. The calendar says January, but the city is already easing its foot off the pedal.

When: Saturday, January 24 (music from 9pm)
Where: The Snug
Address: 67/52 To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho (lakeside)
Cost: Free entry | Guinness VND120,000 | Jameson VND70,000 | Two Baby Guinness VND120,000
