Firework displays will be held across Vietnam over the coming days to see in Tet (Lunar New Year), DTI News has reported.
Hanoi will hold displays in up to 30 districts on Jan. 25, the first day of Tet, with many bars and restaurants holding viewing parties, often on rooftops.
Spots across the capital that will hold viewing parties to watch the fireworks include Top of Hanoi bar, Northern Soul Rooftop Bar, Central Sky Bar and many others.
The bulk of the firework displays will start at midnight Friday and last around 15 minutes. The largest six displays will be held at Hoan Kiem Lake, Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Thong Nhat Park, Van Quan Lake and Son Tay Citadel, with smaller shows in over 20 districts covering areas such as Ba Dinh, Hoang Mai and Long Bien.
Ho Chi Minh City will have large fireworks shows in Sai Gon River of District 2 and the Landmark Building in Binh Thanh.
There will also be dozens of epic displays in provinces and cities across the country including in including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong City and Thanh Hoa.
