Hanoi registers 1 new Covid-19 case

The director of the Hanoi Department of Health announced the 23rd community-based coronavirus case within the city Friday morning, a 48-year-old woman, according to VN Express, though she has yet to be given a patient number and be included in the official government figures.
The new case is the wife of patient 1,866, in Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi. Hanoi’s Center for Disease Control are currently tracing all the contacts that the woman has had. According to Hanoi’s CDC, the woman’s husband, had close contact with patient 1,814 ( at the No.3 Notary Office in Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay). One of the employees at the office was also infected with Covid-19 on Thursday.
On Thursday night, Hanoi also reported a new case, patient 1,956, a bank teller, who had close contact with patient 1,883. The apartment building at 88 Lang Ha, where the bank teller resides, has been put under quarantine.
As of 8 a.m. this morning, Hanoi has registered a total of 23 cases scattered across six Districts: Nam Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Dong Anh, Me Linh.
